Alisha Bennett earned her Masters in Science and Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. After working on the general pediatric and pediatric ICU floors for seven years, Alisha decided to pursue her Masters degree in order to become a nurse practitioner. She loves being able to work with families in outpatient settings and educating children and their parents on ways to prevent acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and accidents. After having worked with most of the pediatricians in the Savannah area, Alisha felt the pediatricians of SouthCoast Health were the most caring and loving providers and feels honored to work with such an esteemed team.
